The SCAPD is an organization of pediatric dentists whose primary concern is in the area(s) of Pediatric Dental practice, education, public service and/or research. Its purpose shall be the advancement of the specialty of pediatric dentistry for the benefit of the oral health of the public through the efforts of the dental profession. As a group, the SCAPD is dedicated to fulfilling the roll as advocates for the oral health needs of children and individuals with special health care needs in South Carolina.
